Set ten years after the events of Gundam F91, the tale revolves around Seabook Arno and Cecily Fairchild who uncover Crux Dogatie's scheme to invade Earth with the Jupiter Empire. In response, Cecily restores Crossbone Vanguard under her birth name, "Berah Ronah," who pose as space pirates to attack the Jupiter Energy Fleet. Seabook, known as "Kinkedo Nau," is one of the top pilots of the revamped Vanguard, alongside veteran Zabine Chareux.
