Asako Suga decided to make a new beginning by relocating after her heart was shattered from a breakup. Attracted to a delightful bungalow situated at the town's edge, which included a lovely garden, she opted to move in. Nevertheless, she was apprehensive about the landlord - a pretty and enigmatic young woman - and couldn't dismiss her doubts.
Sakura finds it tough to adjust to a new school, and attending a monster girl academy doesn't help matters. Her fellow students are an unconventional bunch comprising a harpy who's fond of kissing, a lamia with a biting wit, a cyclops nursing a crush, and a candid centaur. In an effort to fit in, Sakura masquerades as a succubus, but can she keep up the pretense without attracting the amorous attention of her idiosyncratic mates? The upcoming academic session is poised to be a grueling, sultry ordeal!
Both volumes are a collection of seven short stories each, revolving around an all-girl's school. The first, fifth, sixth, and seventh chapter from the first volume and the first five chapters of the second volume feature the same protagonists.
