The day before 35-year old otaku lady Ryouko Hayakawa's birthday, she met her end by way of a traffic accident――――or at least, she was supposed to. But when she opened her eyes, she found herself in a fantasy world. What's more, she had reincarnated as the blond-haired, blue-eyed seventh prince, Herscherik! Fully enjoying a leisurely prince life free from worldly cares as a prince, Herscherik finds the king of this great country despised by retainers and officials alike, with corruption running rampant; quite the unpleasant state of affairs. Realizing this at a mere 3-years of age, in order to save the country Herscherik will have to rely on the "office worker" skills and "conman ability" from their previous life and take action!

Although only three years old, Herscherik understood the dire nature of the situation, and with the expertise from their past life as an "office worker" and "con artist", they set out to save their nation.
For his twentieth birthday, Shizuka chooses to go to a hot springs alone. To his surprise, he also ends up seeing his first naked woman... a passed out drunk girl. Soon afterward he enters college, and his friend from high school convinces him to join the female dominated travel and hot springs club. Amazingly, the girl he saw naked, Ruka, is also a member of the club! Now he must interact with his club more or less normally, and pretend he doesn't imagine Ruka naked every time he sees her. He is determined that his embarrassing secret never be made public!
Spring: the second year of university. A time when a student should be able to enjoy their freedom and youth. Even though Kotarou has no friends and no girlfriend, he enjoys his calm life. However, because his beautiful childhood friend Miyako was being pursued by the university playboy Yoshino Aoi, Kotarou was forced to pretend to be her boyfriend. Kotarou thought that he was able to fool Yoshino, but he was easily caught. "I've given up on her, so I want to get along with you now." Yoshino then takes Kotarou to the bathroom to teach him some things...
It's World War I, and all countries are at war. Germany is in search for Italy, Rome's grandson, and take him captive. Instead... he finds a box of tomatoes? Oh, no, it's just useless Italy hiding. But there was one detail someone forgot to mention. Italy is annoying. So Germany couldn't be happier when he got rid of Italy at the end of war. Now it is World War II, everything is going smoothly with Germany's invasion, when the worst thing possible happens. Italy becomes Germany's ally. And this is how our story begins. From Baka-Updates: Think of it like WWII, except every country is a pretty boy instead. A hilariously stereotypical pretty boy. America loves burgers, Russia is into the vodka, and China has pandas and a Wok. It is centered mostly around Italy, who has both a North and South character. The "Hetalia" portion of the name is probably mocking Italy, as "hetare" means "useless." (The master list and profiles, including extras and specials, can be found here.
